Holiday Inn Express Birmingham - City Centre by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"Included breakfast was beautiful and The fact that you can go to the breakfast area 24/7 for hot drinks was a really nice touch. Free Late check out option also handy. Honestly so clean I thought it was a new build but was opened 10 years ago. Will return."

Hilton Birmingham Metropole
8/10 Good
"While staff were great, unfortunately in my assistant access room (as many rooms did not have) there was no working air con, the hotel knew this & did not advise me before hand. A small desk fan was provided & I needed to requst another 1 to try to combat the heat. Parking on site is expensive."

The Grand Hotel Birmingham
10/10 Excellent
"Room in fully operational and no repairs required (a rare experience at ahotel in UK)!"

Clayton Hotel Birmingham
10/10 Excellent
"Great room - not much in the way of toiletries but the basic handwash and shower wash were ok. Only used the bar which was good. Very slow on reception - even though we checked in online we still had to wait over 10 minutes for them to process a customer in front of us, so we could collect the key. I didn't see the point in checking in online if we still had this wait. Two people on reception and about 8 people waiting to check in or get keys."

ibis budget Birmingham Centre
10/10 Excellent
"Room was clean. Staff were friendly. Not sure about parking."

Crowne Plaza Birmingham City Centre by IHG
8/10 Good
"This is a 5 star hotel and is away from the city centre. It’s quite a distance from the national express coach station but closer to the Flix Bus stop. It’s uphill from downtown and nobody knows where it is. We have asked 3-4 people to finally find the hotel behind a hill. The breakfast was more than we had asked for. It’s so fancy with all kinds of hot and cold food you can imagine. There’s mango purée, fresh berries juice, regular milk, yogurt, soy and oats milk, etc. It’s like having lunch there."

The Arden Hotel & Leisure Club
8/10 Good
"Enjoyed our short stay here. Perfectly located for attending a gig at the arena next door. Parking was good, room was clean and comfortable for the night we was there and every staff member we met was friendly and always available. Many thanks and we will definitely be back"

Hilton Garden Inn Birmingham Brindley Place
