"Lovely local area - very authentically Italian. However 40 mins drive uphill from main Como lake and city, 25 mins drive to the local lake area advertised on site. Parking extremely difficult as busy with restaurant and the locals. Restaurants/shops nearby are delicious and very cheap in comparison to down in Como. Views are beautiful and the accommodation itself if nice. "

"Lovely, charming, quiet. Our room was beautiful. We enjoyed a delicious dinner a short walk down the path that runs just below the Palazzo leading back up to the street to the nearby Hotel Ristorante Pizzeria Helvetia. We watched the sun set on Lake Como, sitting on the private beach owned by the Palazzo and reading until the light was too dim, then looking at the lovely lights around the lake. Breakfast in the courtyard with a custom omelet and variety of selections, all with wonderful service by the family."
"Our reservations were booked and prepaid eight months ago. Upon arrival they had no reservation for us. They were able to accommodate us for one night of the two we reserved, and made arrangements at another Agriturismo nearby which was also very nice. Agriturismo Al Marnich was very apologetic and helpful as well as being a beautiful, clean wonderful place to stay. "
"My family loved staying here so much! The staff at the hotel and restaurant were all very friendly. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. We also ate lunch and dinner here a few times, and it was also great. There are quite a few restaurants within walking distance as we did not rent a car. They can help set up hotel transfers, and I’d highly recommend you do this option. We had room 202 next to the pool. This is such a special place. Book before they raise their prices, because they absolutely should. Great amenities (spa with sauna and hot tub, gym, pool, lounge area with games/books, accessible boat dock, etc). Thank you for your hospitality. "

"We stayed at Robert's wonderful home for five nights. Robert is a great communicator and if you need anything, he's on top of it. Franco is Robert's representative who will check you in and you will definitely need Franco and his cart. If you are going to be driving, make sure you check with Robert on the size of the car, as Robert provided valuable advice on the size of the car that will fit into his garage. Without Franco’s professional parking services, parking never would have happened. Limited parking options available.Great restaurant below, they sells bus tickets to Como and Bellagio. Staff is great too.House is in impeccable condition. Great views on the terrace as the pictures show.Great place, I'll bring my daughter back next year. Thank you Robert. Bruce and Jennifer."

"This villa vacation is one that will stay forever in my memory .. the most fantastic location on Lake Como with the most perfect of hosts who was helpful from beginning to end and helped make a milestone birthday celebration memorable and fun.Was difficult even leaving the villa every day as the view there was hard to top. It is just a short boat ride to celebrity homes and I would still prefer the location of this one for privacy and pure views!Don’t stall - Book it. Life is short and we are worth the occasional splurge. This one is 100% worth it!"
