"The lady was excellent, except there was a surprise 60 euro fee for transport, the room was nothing like the pictures, no basic toiletries like shampoo,water, tea all that was put out was two rolls and a bottle of wine (I don't drink so waste) there are a lot of thin stairs very difficult to carry bags up , there is no help. The location has nothing to do and is an hour at minimum and 2 hours at maximum to go anywhere you want to with activities. If you are choosing a place I suggest not here choose something near Como city center or Bellagio, I honestly feel like this was a waste of money, and the struggle to do anything just frustrated me more. "

They kept parking open late and provided an extremely clear and personalized instruction guide to access the property, retrieve our key, and make it to our room late at night. "The house is very nice and fully equipped. It has a nice balcony to enjoy the scenery. It has an ample size private parking lot. Although address is easily accessible, GPS doesn't help you to find it easily. I followed host's directions. I am attaching a google map picture to show where to exist from main road to get to the house. There is a mini market in walking distance."

"Breathtaking view of the lake from this fabulous apartment. 100% would recommend. Brian is a fantastic host, responding quickly to any questions I had. Also very accommodating with requests. Beds and pillows are very comfortable too. Pool area is small but lovely with comfortable loungers and chairs. The walk down to the village is quite steep ... not so bad when walking down but hard coming back so maybe not so good for those with mobility issues. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and didn't want to leave!"
