"If you would like to suffer on your holiday, I’d recommend booking here. You couldn’t pay me to stay here again. They have no heating, hot water or WiFi. They will also ignore you and just tell. Nice balcony view though "

"Amazing staff that cannot do enough for you, its a little out of the way with 4 restaurants nearby but the walk to them is not easy as there are few pavements on a windy road. But went to bellagio and varenna where its busier. I would recommend the hotel for a quieter location away from the busy crowds "

"The hotel is a little out of the way but our room La Vista was beautiful. Parking is not actually at the hotel just a few metres north of the hotel. There’s a sign on the road saying ‘21’ and the driveway is immediately north of that. Go down and take the first right and park anywhere. Once you have someone show you how to get to reception, it’s easy. We decided the best way to see the lake was by driving to Bellagio and paying for parking for the day then using the boats to look at each village. We had a great time."
