"I have no complaints about the property or the room. My biggest concern is always bedbugs but thankfully the bed was free as I assume the whole room is. I will return if the opportunity presents itself to me."

"We had a wonderful stay. The breakfast choices were great with plenty of options for everyone, and everything was fresh and well stocked. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the family room worked perfectly for us with lots of space. "The neighborhood is homeless and thug infested. Loud talking and loud cars all night long! Laundry room is only amenity I saw but didn't use. Felt unsafe there. the rooms have old furniture and cheap towels that are rough on the skin. I had to request a small refrigerator and microwave that were in the pictures of the rooms but not in mine! Would never stay here again."

"Save your money! I've never been to a worse hotel in my life. Staff is great, it is NOT their fault. The facility is old, the water barely trickled when we got there, then it stopped working entirely for most of the night. Even once it was "fixed", there was barely any pressure. Not even enough to fill the toilet tank so it could be flushed more than once every few hours. Nobody could sleep, we ended up leaving in the middle of the night. Horrible experience!"

"I wanted to give you some feedback on our stay and give you some pictures to consider as you are maintaining this property. All 18 of us who were on that property agree that it can be kept a lot better. It is too nice of a property to be as ran down as it is. One: in renting the property, we should have had total privacy. Two out of the number of days we rented maintenance was on the grounds. Working on a pool that we were not going to use. I did suggest that we wait until after we check out for maintenance to work on that pool. However, they worked on it anyway and for those two days we had issues with water, pressure and hot water for showers. We could not flush the toilets properly nor take showers during the time the water was running in the pool for two days . We did not have total privacy.Two: the bathrooms were very nasty, which is unsanitary. Whoever cleaned the home did not deep clean. We did have to replace a shower curtain in the first level shower due to the nastiness of the lining. Toilets were very unsanitary whoever cleaned it did not lift the lids to clean it. And we just happen to be a group of all women with no men present. So we never lifted the lids until I saw a spot of P on the back of one of the toilets so I decided to lift the lid during checkout. And was shocked at the toilet we were using during our stay, you can see the picture that I included. This is very evident by the dusty smell that was still there and by the nastiness of the bathrooms."
