Welcome to our charming Airbnb, Casa Charleston! This hidden gem offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and relaxation, making it an ideal destination for your next getaway. This spacious Casa features three tastefully decorated bedrooms and two full bathrooms, providing ample space for you and your companions to unwind. Once you arrive, you'll appreciate the security and privacy of the remote gated entry, ensuring a peaceful and tranquil stay, along with a relaxing private hot tub.



The Space:

Casa Charleston has its own private yard with a hot tub, seating area with a fire pit table and grill. It's a spacious 3-bedroom (2 king beds and 1 queen bed with an extra folding queen mattress), 2-bathroom house.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the inside and outside of the whole property! The property is gated with remote access! Upon guests' arrival, the guests will receive a gate key fob (located inside the unit) for personal remote access! There is a smart lock on the doors. You will receive a message around noon the day of check in with the code :)



The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood is old and appears a bit worn down (can feel questionable) in some areas, but we assure you that your safe on our property. The property is gated with a security door, and ring camera posted out front. We will do everything possible to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable! Please don't hesitate to reach out regarding any and all issues!

*The neighborhood hood is an older part of the city, but our property is safe. The property is gated with a front door camera that records 24/7.

The listing is as described. It was great for us because it was centrally located with easy access to all the things planned. The neighborhood was a little questionable but there is a secured gate which gives you a sense of security.There are games for kids and we didn't get a chance to use the hotttub. . There is a nice seating area and fire pit in the backyard which was perfect for reading.

Has everything you need and more!

What a wonderful house. It is stunning inside with a gorgeous backyard for furbabies to play in. Didn't get a chance to use the hot tub but it was very inviting. Would stay here again.

What a great place! It was so cute and nice. The beds were really comfy and they had so many amenities. The host was very communicative and check in was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again

Family trip

This house was the perfect size for 5 adults. The location was great, a quick drive to all the places around town we wanted to see. Kendra and Jon were great hosts and had open communication before and throughout our trip. If we make it back to NM, we would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful home!

Stayed with family and the puppies for a quick overnight for an airport drop-off. Great house, clean enjoyed the backyard and privacy for being in the downtown area!

Great little Gem

Although the home is in a poor neighborhood, you feel safe because they have fully fenced yard and doors lock perfect. Its a great GEM on inside perfectly decorated beds are great and comfortable.too. Can’t say enough about this place lots of extra items left for you to discover. Will definitely go back

There was plenty of room for 6 people. The home was clean. The water pressure was excellent. The location was conveniently located. The owner communicated well and took care of all our needs.

Great Stay

The house was cute and had everything we needed. We didn't hear anything at night (another reviewer mentioned they did). We always felt safe and the property was in close proximity for all of the activities we had planned. Had a great time using the outdoor space and hot tub too!

This trip was an amazing stay the property was clean, had everything we needed, very comfortable, went above and beyond. The host was very efficient and friendly, communicated the entire time, gave proper instructions for everything i may have needed. I would definitely rent this property again it was my absolute favorite. No complaints loved everything.

Good small area place

Very good and clean area!! The hot tub was amazing and maybe more closure around the hot tub would be cool but that was a good nice and quiet area. If available in the future we will book any time. Thank you all!!

Great For A Quick Stop In Town

This home was a great little spot for a quick overnight in town. I can't say much about location in terms of popular attractions in town as we simply grabbed take-out and enjoyed an evening of arcade games, hot tub time and hanging before an early morning off to our next destination. However, there were loads of snacks available, super comfy beds and easy to follow instructions, making it an excellent place for our family to relax before continuing our roadtrip adventure.

So perfect, we didn't want to leave

We absolutely loved this house. It was so perfect for us, that if we hadn't had a schedule to keep to we would have tried to stay another day. The hot tub was heavenly! And when couldn't figure out how to work it, the owner immediately responded to our request and helped us. The kitchen was well stocked. And the beds were so comfortable. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Clean and Responsive

The home was clean and the owner was very responsive when we had an issue with the hot tub. The neighbors dogs on the first night were barking throughout the night. After I spoke to the owner the 2nd night was much quieter. Would stay again.

Lovely getaway spot

My family of 5 stayed here and enjoyed every minute. We loved the arcade game, hot tub, and the backyard. The neighborhood isn't far from some sketchy areas, but we didn't have any issues and we slept soundly with the security gate and tall fence enclosing the property. One of the bedframes was broken when we arrived and Jon replaced it as soon as he found out. Overall, the house is great, the amenities were perfect for my family, and we weren't far from where we wanted to go. We would stay here again.

The house was nice and clean, coffee and breakfast bars were an added convenience. However, an electrical outlet is needed in the hall bath. Also, we were not thrilled with the neighborhood. This was the first time I stayed in a house with bars on the windows!

Great stay

We needed a halfway spot for our roadtrip and that ended up being Albuquerque. We looked for places the right size for our family with hot tubs, and ended up here. They ended up being great hosts ... very communicative prior to arrival, and back and forth when we had a need due to the hot water heater issue. Everything was resolved in a very timely manner. These hosts provided coffee, snacks, had a beer waiting on us in the fridge. And the checkout instructions were among the simplest I've ever experienced for a Vrbo. That was appreciated! Would recommend!

Exactly as described

Great place with good attention to detail. Check in was a breeze, and the amount of extras they had in case you needed them was perfect. Loved the outdoor lounge area, wish I could have taken it with me. The area around the property is a little rough (dogs barking at all hours, the same RV from breaking bad 3 blocks down doing the same thing as the RV from breaking bad, cops roaring past at 3am, etc), but hey, it's ABQ; what do you expect? Never felt unsafe, would definitely consider the place again if I'm in need of one!

Beautiful Getaway

Full transparency; I was ready to go back to hotels for business travel due to the exorbitant prices for cleaning fees that seem to price out VRBO rentals. I took a chance, and was pleasantly surprised. From check in to check out, great communication with owners. Friendly and helpful. Home was well appointed, the fireplace and hot tub in the yard was a nightly ritual. Kitchen was great to make meals. Fully stocked, and little snacks left by the owners to give it a comfortable, warm feel. Truly recommend the property, will absolutely be back.

True gem in Albuquerque

What a cute place. So clean an was very cool when we arrived in a 100' day. House is nice an decor is fresh and comfy. Beds clean an so comfortable. There was games and plenty of room to hang out. Host does provide a few snacks as well, very much appreciated. The patio was wonderful an the mural was beautiful an unexpected. Very cool... was great for photos. Also there are a few other slabs in backyard that we definitely took advantage of for yoga under the big moon and with the sun rise. Then soaked it up in the hot tube. I would call it a Retreat. Thank you for providing a beautiful and comfortable home for guests to enjoy. Will definitely be back.
