I had a shower but there were no towels in the room, so I had to dry myself with my T-shirt. When towels were provided, they were dirty. There was also no drinking glass supplied in the room, and there wasn't a table or desk, which made the stay quite inconvenient.
That said, the staff were very pleasant, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay.
