"The location is great, 5 mins from the station and right next tothe bars and restaurants of the mailbox. Good amenities - coffee in the room, toiletries etc. Onsite gym is well equipped and the small bar is lovely."

"Really good city centre location. Room was well appointed with Tea, Coffee, water and apple juice. Had read other reviews about the Air con which was so noisy, we turned it off which was fine as it wasn’t a blazing hot day but would be an annoyance if we kept it on. Slight stain marks on carpet and duvets but nothing terrible and the road noise during the night hence the 4*. Breakfast choice was excellent and the lady who was front of house was amazing, couldn’t do enough for us. The kids brekkie was free which was a nice touch, as well as apples / water station in the reception. All great for us for a one night stay. "

"​We felt incredibly lucky to find The Orchard Hotel after a terrible experience at another local property forced us to move out late in the evening. It turned out to be an absolute blessing in disguise, and this will absolutely be our hotel of choice for all our family visits to Nottingham from now on. ​From the moment we arrived, we loved everything about it. The cleanliness was absolutely spotless, and the overall style and design of the hotel are beautiful and contemporary. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, which was exactly what we needed after a stressful evening. To top it off, the breakfast was fantastic. ​The only minor downside is that we would have loved for the swimming pool to be located directly within the hotel itself rather than over at the sports centre, but it didn't take away from an otherwise wonderful stay. ​Thank you to the team for turning our weekend around, we can’t wait to come back! "Stayed here for one night. Rooms and bathrooms very dated and tired. Beds and pillows very uncomfortable. I went down for breakfast about 8am and everything was cold and had run out. No juice machine, just empty jugs. Sadly I wouldn’t recommend this hotel."

"It's within Aston University campus if u don't mind being in that setting. The photos are better than real life. The twin room has has natural toiletries & a grey bedspread but essentially is similar to a newish Premier Inn. They have a large restaurant, bar and outdoor area which we didn't use (except for 1 drink)."
