"It has potential but some of the areas were not available not because it’s unfinished but they make it open only for private function. (Ei:Mini Japan) The employees are kind and friendly but the staff at their Amare Restaurant wasn’t so helpful and friendly m. The rooms are nice but some areas are unclean most especially the swimming pool which is so important that they should keep clean. There are too much mosquitoes as well! They need to do something with that. The water in the room has issues...

"Owners and staff were fantastic and showed a care for my wife and I that is rare to see in this day and age. The surroundings showed a natural beauty of these mountains. It’s not walking distance to any city but there are trikes and jeepneys around to take you where you want to go if you don’t have your own transportation. "This place was amazing. The personal touch of having a piece of the famous Sans Rival cake ready to eat with silverware on the bed when we arrived was astonishing. Along with a word of welcome written in chocolate. We have never had that kind of personal touch to make us feel so very welcome. During breakfast the servers anticipated our needs and brought us some extra tissues. When we arrived a gentleman was playing the piano very excellently. He also playing during breakfast. A very classy touch. The views were spectacular!! Pay the extra money for the suite. We were in room 200 on the end. You won’t regret it !"
