I just completed my 10 day quarantine at the Savoy Hotel Manila. While I wasn’t able to use the hotel facilities due to the quarantine, I was extremely impressed how helpful and friendly all of their staff were. The airport pickup and check-in was smooth. The restaurant orders were always delivered within 20min, and they arranged for an extra early breakfast on the day of check-out. The front-desk was outstanding, at one point ordering and delivering a phone charging cable within an hour, calling the Red Cross when my PCR test result was delayed and getting it within 10min, and printing all my certificates for my next flight. All of their staff went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. In addition, internet access was reliable and quick. Highly recommended!
