"The room was clean, entire staffs were awesome. Front desk clerks are welcoming, professional and they’ll go out of their way to assist. Bell men on top of things and polite. Security incredibly professional and welcoming always wiling to assist. Housekeeping top notch. Dining should be trainer for hospitality incredibly quick and polite. Whatever what the management is doing continue. Flawless services. I’ve reserved to be back in couple months because of how your service is. "Loved Pico de Loro beach and the beauty the entire complex offers. The staff were amazing. "

"The beach is surely the highlight of this resort. While it is showing signs of age, it still offers plenty to do for families. The bouncing castle in the beach is a winner but not for the faint hearted. The breakfast buffet was good as I did not expect a wide variety as the rates were also very affordable. "
