"Wonderful hotel - walkable to downtown Nashville!"

"The rooms had been updated because it all looked very fresh esp. the bathroom. It had a cute guitar shaped pool but the pool deck needs resurfacing. The breakfast was good. Nice variety and the food was hot. We didn't have any interaction from staff, other than checking in and out. It pretty much had everything we needed. The only bad thing was the construction of a new stadium going on across the street. Only one entrance to hotel lot because everything was blocked off. We did not hear any noise from our room. About mile from Broadway. It is walkable via a walking bridge. Took me about 20 minutes. All in all it was good. "

"Room was clean, but the king bed looked like the sheets were never changed and they just refolded them!!!! Rm 213. Also, they were 15 minutes late in the shuttle departure which caused some delays. "

"The lobby of this place smells like a nursing home, my room was hafr clean there was hair on everything and it's not safe my husband went to the desk to ask for my room and they told him without asking for id they didn't so who he was or called to check if I knew him or even wanted him to my room, just gave him the room number and told him to go up. Smh I'll never stay here again."
