Really nice location close to Broadway but not on the "strip." It's near some cool eateries in Germantown and even a wonderful dog park! We had a puppy with us, so the nearby dog park was a plus. The location was so convenient that one could either take the shuttle or drive surface streets to Broadway. Overall, friendly and efficient staff. Always willing to help. Very pet friendly. Felt very safe in the neighborhood and right off the freeway! Parking is no longer free, but it's taken out of the incidentals. Otherwise, would stay here again!

The front desk staff during check-in was rude, giving the impression that I was inconveniencing them while checking in. The shower only had conditioner in it, the lotion was empty (the type of containers that are fixed on the wall).

We had to wait an hour to check in because of their issues and no compensation. We were forced to move rooms after the first night when I was told we wouldn’t have to. We never received housekeeping either. Never again!

Great stay. My only comment is they have a shuttle that will take you downtown. Getting it back was a long wait. My suggestion is that they have set times and pick up spots, that way you don't have to call and wait a long time. Also, their coffee is very weak. :) But other than that, it was great.
