This was a fantastic experience and I will absolutely come back. The apartment itself had amazing views, was incredibly clean, and it was very quiet which is always a plus. The amenities were a great addition and I look forward to staying here again.

It was absolutely amazing! We walked to Americano Lounge and Babu for coffee. We walked to Dicey’s for dinner one night. We felt safe and the room was immaculate with beautiful views. We will definitely be back!

Can’t say enough nice things about the Memoir! Beautiful and spotless throughout, gorgeous comfy lobby with lots of places to work or chill, incredible patio and pool area, though the pool was not ready for the season yet (we were advised in advance), and super nice and helpful concierge, coffee barista, and overnight security guard. We had lovely conversations with all of them and all offered excellent suggestions about the city. The pool is so super cool - summer will be a blast. Bed was very comfortable with high quality pillow and linens. Huge windows and views.

Gorgeous room!

The apartment/room was beautiful and the view was glorious! Conveniently located to everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. My only negative comment is that there wasn’t any communication before my stay about how/where to park and navigating the parking garage. The precheck-in link didn’t work, so I suppose that information could have been there.

I really like the concreteness of the building, allowing for quiet between rooms. As well as the windows which did not allow much sound to penetrate (incl from the trains directly outside). I love the bar downstairs and the overall energy of the place. I wish the cold plunge and sauna had been there (as was mentioned in the advertising for the place). I'd go back!

Would definitely stay again next time

This place was a great spot to stay for our first trip to Nashville. Close enough to downtown, and also very close to the up and coming bars and restaurants in Wedgewood. It is a long term apartment where they’ve started renting out some of the top floor units as hotel rooms/short term rental style stays. It’s important to note that there isn’t 24/7 desk staff - when our flight was delayed we were a little worried that we would miss check in but it all worked out. Communication from the apartments end could be better. However, the place itself made up for it. The place is gorgeous, the kitchens are fully stocked with high quality tools (the good Nespresso coffee maker in the suite), the pool is great, and the vibe of the building is way better than your average hotel as it’s mostly long term residents, no loud families or high school sports teams around.
