"Room was clean and updated, bathroom was also clean! The pool was not open and that was never stated anywhere!"

"Premièrement, nous avons attendus plus d’une heure car ils ne trouvaient pas notre réservation, le motel est un endroit où il y a des gens qui demeurent là en permanences, des gens qui ont d’énormes problèmes de drogues et de santé mentale. La chambre n’étaient pas propre, nous croisons les doigts pour que les lits l’étaient. Les clefs parlons-en nous avons eu des problèmes de clefs à tous les jours, avec des attentes de 30 à 40 minutes à chaque à fois. La piscine n’est pas entretenue donc impossible de se baigner sans pensée a attrapé une vaginite ou une bactérie. les planchers étaient collants, un réfrigérateur qui sentaient la mort. Aucun ménage n’a été fait en 5 jours. Nous avons dû aller demander des serviettes et débarbouillettes propres et encore la nous avons attendu au moins 25 minutes. Donc en résumé, n’allez jamais à cet endroit."

"I reserved this room because it was fairly inexpensive being so close to downtown. I didn’t expect it to be fancy or anything. It was just what was needed for a little business trip. Pros: I appreciated that I could park right in front of my door. Everyone that I came in contact with that works there were very nice. My room was relatively dirty. Sheets, blankets, and pillows were clean, just pretty worn out. Cons: As I walked around my room for a moment without shoes or socks on, I noticed the grittiness. The bottoms of my feet were black within minutes of walking. There were several places where there was putty on the walls to patch things that weren’t sanded or painted. There were rips and holes in the curtains that covered the window. And there was hair, bugs and debris collected around the borders & corners of the room. There was also what appeared to be a crack pipe on the sidewalk as I walked to my car. Overall: Served its purpose. Could have been better but could have also been worse."

"The IRIS was outstanding and booked an additional 2 nights. I was shocked to find out that booking direct with IRIS was cheaper than Expedia... (which just pissed me off!!! Even using my ~$20 OneKeyCash... it would have been cheaper to book direct!) Expedia does not do a good job of informing you that the property has a separate rental agreement and no attended lobby... It is just a big surprise after booking. So thank you Expedia for finding this place... but you should refund the difference for the extra unannounced and unexpected hoops we needed to hop thru... Bottom line: IRIS gets a solid 10; Expedia a shaky 1..."
