This would be a good hotel in a perfect location but adjacent construction noise is HORRIBLE all over the hotel and we couldn't stand being in the room or the breakfast area. This needs to be made more clear. It's an expensive spot to be so uncomfortable. Also, we could not exit the parking garage after checking out, although we went to the lot immediately. There's a place to drop a key after you exit upon checkout and a button to push if you need assistance, but nothing worked. We literally had to stay parked just behind the arm, get out of the car and go back around into the hotel, and make a staff member come use a master key to let us out.

I had reservations for a room with two queen beds - we got in late got to our room and they had given us a room with only one. Ended up fixing it but at midnight that’s not what you want to deal with! And there was construction right next door which you could hear from all parts of the hotel all day

Loud construction noise from 7am until 5 pm, daily. This really affects anyone who wants to relax while on vacation. I believe this issue should have been communicated to the guest prior to accepting reservation. No compensation was offered. Won't be staying at this location again. Sorry!

Construction work around the hotel caused highly annoying noise that started at 6 AM and disrupted sleep for everyone in the hotel. Hotel staff was undeterred to multiple complaints from hotel guests and did nothing to solve the situation, that went on for hours. You expect that for the money you are paying the hotel would ensure you will be able to have a good night sleep and take some responsibility for it.
