"The highlight of my week in japan — a beautiful, peaceful place with stunning views, friendly staff, and an amazing onsen. Highly recommend getting the breakfast option as well. I would recommend staying here to anyone in the area. "

"Very convenient hotel as it is located right across the train station. It's at the very top of a mall/shopping building. Has an adjoining parking garage. Parking is not free for hotel guests. They will validate your parking ticket for ¥1000. Buffet was good, variety was ok. Its not a very large dining area but the turnaround is quick. Highlight would have to be the the small onsite spa/onsen. It's on the top most floor, not large but has everything you need. I would go for a quick soak after a...

"Clean room, good breakfast buffet options, and close to transit stations. It’s a good home base for exploring Osaka, as well as taking day trips to Kyoto or other areas. Staff were very friendly and happy to assist. "

"The best thing about this hotel is that it’s adjacent to the train station! Just like the other reviews, it is slightly outdated but still a nice place to stay. They only gave me 1 pillow which was uncomfortable and that was a bit disappointing. "

"Good hotel within easy walking distance of the Shin-Osaka station with a Lawson's close by. Room was very clean, exactly as expected, and with great amenities. Breakfast was amazing, with Japanese and Western options. They also offer a section of seating after 2pm (until 10pm) with free soft drinks/coffee that you're allowed to bring in food to eat. The staff was friendly and they were able to store our luggage for us. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay."
"Check in and check out was quick and easy. The room was clean and neat, but not spotless. The bed an pillows were very comfortable. And the buffet breakfast was great.
Thank you!"
"Clean room and very friendly staff. Our luggages were shipped from Kyoto to Osaka and the luggages were waiting in our room upon arrival. Easy access to the station. Being so close to the tracks, it wasn't as loud as we thought it'd be when the trains passed by. Would return next time (:"
