Small and smokey

The room is small and can be difficult to move around with two people and luggage. There is no onsen (spa) or sauna for women, only men. This should be made clear before booking. There was mold around the air vent and condensation on the window every morning but otherwise the room was clean. Ask for a non-smoking room, even the towels smelled of smoke. We could open the window, which helped. The best part is how quiet the room was was despite the proximity to the station. Great location and service but will stay elsewhere next time.

Everything was great. The Public Bath on the 13th floor was the main reason I booked and it did not disappoint. The only two things (and I’m American so Japanese wouldn’t mind these) was the pillow (Japanese style, so my neck was very stiff the next day) and the fact that the AC is not controlled in the room (I believe it is centrally controlled throughout the hotel). I prefer colder than “normal” temps when I sleep. I would, even with that, stay there again!

朝食込みプランでしたが、チェックインの時に何も伝えられず、本来ならチケットを渡されるはずが漏れていた。 また、施設が古いのは仕方ないが、ドアの開け閉めや、同フロアの人の音が結構聞こえる。朝には隣の部屋の方の目覚ましが何回もなり、寝れなかった。

アイドルの推し活のために江坂に連泊しました。当初は他の街に泊まろうかと思ったのですが江坂から三日間動かないことに決めたのでここに。 値段を考えれば充分だと思います。二泊三日だと客室清掃はありませんがタオル交換はありますし、大浴場もある。朝食はやよい軒にしたので利用してませんがただ泊まるだけならここでいいと思います。ちなみに朝も大浴場に入れるようになりました。 唯一不満だったのが乳液と化粧水がないこと。カミソリ負けしました。

チェックイン時のスタッフさんは丁寧でしたが、チェックアウト時の方はあまり愛想が良くありませんでした。 予約完了時にアプリ経由で駐車場について問い合わせをしましたが、結局お返事をいただけないままでした。 自分が泊まるだけならまた利用させてもらうこともあると思いますが、知人にお勧めはしないかと思います。

スタッフが不愛想で余計なことを言う。空調設備が部屋ごとに調整できないのに幼児が窓から出そうで窓が開けられない。隣の駐車場ミニバン止められず近隣の、わかりにくい駐車場有料。女性の大浴場がない。男性大浴場の洗い場が少なく争奪戦。部屋着の置き場所がエレベーターホールの案内がない。スタッフに近くのご飯屋を聞いてもわからない。

接客は良かったです。部屋やその他も値段なりで満足でしたが、喫煙可能の部屋はとてつもなくタバコの臭いがキツかったのでオススメしません。ヤニカスの皆さんも我慢して禁煙の部屋にした方が良いと思います。
