I've stayed here a number of times when visiting Osaka on business. Its super-convenient, is right in the Shin-Osaka station, so it's right there if you're coming or leaving via the Shinkansen, with great connections to the subway system.
The staff is friendly and English-capable, the facility is very clean, but do note that the rooms are *small*, even by Japanese standards. The beds are thankfully western-sized (even at 6'2", my feet don't hang off the end of the bed as has happened to me in some business hotels here), but there's barely room to squeeze between the bed and the walls, especially if you have a largish suitcase open. It doesn't feel too claustrophobic though, thanks to a wall of windows that connect the room proper to the shower and toilet area (don't worry, there are shades that can be drawn), and overall it's great for a quick overnight. If I needed to stay more than a single night, though I'd look for a place a bit more spacious, even if a bit less convenient.
