Richmond Hotel Narita

"I was leaving Japan from Narita early the next morning, so I moved to this hotel to be close to the airport. I enjoyed my stay here. The staff was friendly and accomodating, the room and bed were comfortable. There was a restaurant, Stella, inside the hotel and I had a quick and light dinner and drinks there. Dinner and drinks were good. I loved that they had a table of amenities in the hotel lobby. So you don't have to ask at the front desk. I stayed there because they offered a shuttle to the airport. The shuttle was actually a large bus."
Toyoko Inn Narita Airport Shinkan

"The room was small, but kept clean. It was very covinient that we could use their sleep wear, since it was free size. It might've been a women's Medium or men's small size in America. The workers were very nice especially during breakfast. They would say good morning and also kept the counters/tables clean."

"The sink has mold as well the tub. It looks like they don’t clean them well. Our first day we found some socks under our bed from previous guests."

"Loved our stay! Room very clean and comfortable ! Loved all the amenities provided and the amazing shuttle service ! Staff very pleasant ! Unfortunately we were charged 2 nights for our one night stay but as We booked through hotel. com this was not hotels error ! Hotels.com made error in booking 2 rooms when we only booked one! Hopefully will be resolved!"

"It’s perfect for a one night stay before getting on an early flight. The bed was kind of stiff but the shuttle to and from the hotel was super convenient, they had a convenience store on the main floor which is perfect for when you have to be at the airport early and cant wait until breakfast but need food. I really can’t complain."
