I chose the hotel because it was 10mins from Naples airport & I had a 5am start. But it was in a poor area and no wifi connection in my room. No shower caps etc

Looks close to airport on map but is an hour's walk with no viable public transport. Taxis arranged by hotel are extortionate, 11min drive was €40 for me and €50 euros for my parents who were on a later flight. Staff were rude, room was cramped and unclean, surroundings are unpleasant. Would not recommend.

Wonderful hosts.
I can always depend on the staff of the Luxor to be good hosts when we r leaving Naples. I have been here many times and have brought guests as well as recommended it to many friends. Clean. Close to airport. They have a relationship with a FABULOUS seafood/pizza ristorante (with fair prices) that picks u up and brings u back, free. We do not walk about the area. Nothing of note to see. We have used their parking before dropping off rental cars at the airport.

Hate Luxor is not an airport hotel and not one for families. There are no real dining options nearby and the hotel itself may be used for “hourly customers”. The big one is the extra charge for taxis though. It cost us 40 Euro to drive 8 mins to the airport, as technically the hotel is outside the Naples border. If you want an airport hotel, pay more for one right by the airport - it will work out cheaper and more convenient in the wash up.

This place is located near the airport but far from shopping or dining places. The airport shuttle operated by the hotel kept asking for cash despite assurance from the hotel manager that the credit card is fine. We had to look for an ATM at 4 am in the morning to pay cash. The morning breakfast is also underwhelming.

This is real budget hotel and the photo makes it appear far more grand than it really is. Staff were polite and friendly. It is very close to the airport (10 mins in a taxi) but it still costs 40 Euros each way.......not sure I would be staying here again.

Hotel itself is fine, although very dated with TERRIBLE Wi-Fi. The breakfast options were VERY limited. Staff was helpful. Air conditioning is decent and room is clean. Area is not good. No restaurants close by without having to cross some busy roads and walk through some questionable areas.

This hotel is located way out of the city areas to explore and the area felt iffy so we used Uber Eats for dinner because we didn’t want to be walking around here. Cleanliness was mediocre. Both the afternoon and early morning men at front desk acted as if we were putting them out. When we asked for Wi-Fi code. Instead of answering, the afternoon guy just slid a tv remote at me with the code on the back. I said Grazie and Thank You and went back to our room without so much as a Prego or You’re Welcome. The nicest person at the hotel was a housekeeper that got us an extra towel and an extra roll of toilet tissue since the room was prepared only for two even though the room had four beds and they knew in advance that three people were coming. The best thing about this hotel is that it is close to Naples airport otherwise I cannot recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself was mostly clean and moderately comfortable. We had 4 people in one room, which consisted of a full size bed and two roll aways. We were provided 2 towels. The area around the hotel is pretty sketchy. Only 1 or 2 restaurants in walking distance and they spoke limited English. We had a car, but if we had not, there would be no place walkable to do anything. We checked out after only one night despite a reservation for 3 nights.

This was perfect for a one night stay after arriving late to Napoli Airport. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful and the kind man who runs the kitchen at breakfast was very sweet and helpful with our children. Keep in mind that taxi rides to this destination from the airport are between 30-40€ because it is not located in the Napoli municipality, despite being only 10pm from airport.

I had ignored the negative reviews because I wanted to be near the airport for an early flight, much now to my regret. All the negative reviews are correct. The hotel is in an area like a wasteland with no surrounding places to go or anything to do. It cost more to get from Naples to the hotel 30 euros than it did to go from the airport to Naples (23 euros). We were then charged 50 euros to go from the hotel to the airport when we could see the airport from the hotel! This was outrageous, particularly as the hotel had said the taxi would be 30 euros. The hotel room smelt of stale smoke. The shower doors didn’t fit and so water leaked. It was a miserable end to a great holiday. Stay in Naples - it will be more fun and cheaper to get back to the airport.

Hotel is located 10-15 min.from a airport. Need a taxi to get there( 30-40 euro). I just stay over night waiting for a plain connection from Naples to Paris. Staff very helpful and polite. Room was clean and comfortable . Breakfast is included.

It was in a remote, unlit area, not near anything else. No dining, limited transportation. Room was too hot, could not control temperature. There was a terrible smell all night. Staff was not friendly. We felt unsafe an unwanted.

It was 80 degrees in Naples on October 27 and the hotel had turned off all air conditioning even though their website advertises air conditioning in all 40 rooms. We were on the 3rd floor and it was very uncomfortable

The hotel was clean and modern inside. It is close to the airport but NOT close to the airport entrance / rent a car. Their website infers they have some agreement with a taxi service but the front desk told us 30 euros and the driver charged us 40 euros. There is a 4.5 km drive from hotel to airport entrance so if you think you are close to airport to save transportation costs or quick ride for a flight, you are NOT.

This is a very pretty hotel. We were greeted as soon as we entered the foyer. Our room was pleasant and clean. Unfortunately ours was a brief overnight stay as we flew out very early the following morning. The convenience of being near the airport was great.

The hotel is outside the Naples city proper so taxis cost a bit more. It is in a residential area so there there don’t seem to be any convenient eating spots.

Awful Experience
AWFUL. Room was so plain and uncomfortable, guy at the desk was very unhelpful. I had a flight taking off at 6am and I had to argue with the guy to have the shuttle pick me up at 4:30 instead of 5 and I still barely made my flight. I wanted to be picked up at 4 but he outright refused to do it. Then I was told after I was already there that the shuttle to take me 5 min to the airport was 25 euros. Despite the price the Shuttle was 15 minutes late... I didn't have cash but he said he would include it on my bill when I checked out. When I got to the airport I realized he hadn't done that and had to run to the ATM to pay the driver, making me later to the flight I was already close to missing. AVOID THIS PLACE

A basic comfortable & clean hotel near Napoli airport. Good value, nice breakfast & Very helpful staff organised free transportation to & from a lovely local seafood restaurant, delicious food.
