"The property is not at the location provided in the orbitz app. You check in at a given location then they give you the address that you need to get to. The room was fine but did not look like
the photos. Also they charged a 200 euro “security deposit” that is usually placed as a hold on credit cards but this one went through as a transaction without any explanation. We were only there for one night and left the room as it was found. I have sent multiple messages to the hotel with no response. "

"dont book they are a scam
sent messages saying check in until 9pm got there at 8.15pm and they were closed
messaged them and they didnt get back to me untill after 11pm, so i had to book somewhere else for the night
went to check in next day as they tried to charge me 120 euros to check in when i had already paid online i only needed to pay city tax of 35"
