This hotel was a gem in the middle of a chaotic city like Naples. It was in the perfect location, served great breakfast, and the staff was amazing. Alessandro created a wonderful itinerary for the day that I used. I would stay here again.

The property is brand new so the rooms and the breakfast area are good. There is more work to do to make it perfect, but the new bedrooms are very nice. Anna was very helpful, breakfast was great, and the room temps were adequate.

Amazing breakfast…best of all of the stays on our trip through Italy. Very well located near sights, restaurants, and shopping. Make sure to show up with .10 cent for the elevator. They will give you more once you check in.

Breakfast was fresh. Replenished regularly,when low. Many choices available. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Clean room,but I had to walk up and down stairs to get to it. Not good for my back and hard to carry luggage. The hotel still appeared to be in refurbishing stage. Was told it was a Very old palace. Location was good. Able to walk to what we wanted to see. Check other online searches for availability and room rate other than Expedia. I paid $40. More than my travel companions who booked thru bookings.com And they both had better accommodations My room was standard , they had junior suite.

The property may seem dangerous from the outside because of the natural surroundings but behind the gates it's very safe and it is a unique hotel that starts on the third floor with a historic elevator that brings you up... the staff was tremendous ..Mauricio the night manager and everyone else there very accommodating. Historic rooms all unique.

This apartment service with breakfast is listed at hotels.cim as a hotel with bar and restaurant - it has neither. Not even a reception or place to relax outside your room. The rooms are nice and fresh - and the location is prime. Breakfast was nice but very very crowded if more than two rooms should decide to eat at a time. We had chosen differently if we knew - but had a great stay.

Quick Stop In Napoli

This hotel service was excellent, breakfast was great, and the room was new and refreshing. This place is conveniently located in the middle of “downtown” Napoli. There are some drawbacks, the internet service is spotty and did not work many times… a huge inconvenience when we use our phones for maps, restaurants recommendations, booking taxis, etc. There’s also a $0.10 coin that is needed to go and down the elevator (which they provide for) that seems dated. Finally, our room’s main bed was in a loft. VERY inconvenient when having to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night when half asleep and really difficult to do if one is an elderly person.

The hotel is beautiful, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was nice, but the unfriendly staff kind of ruins the experience. Also, our mini fridge was not working throughout our stay, and we really needed it for some small food items. We let them know, but they did not attempt to fix it or replace it.

Great stay!

What a place! I was a bit hesitant due to the recent reviews but my husband and I booked it anyway as it looked like a very central location and we do not regret it at all! The building looks normal on the outside and you walk in and the interior is worn down like every building in Naples. Once we get to the floor where the hotel is located and I was in Awe! Beautiful dining area, clean rooms and friendly staff! I would definitely stay here again. A lot of the major sites are walking distance and theres a delicious gelateria downstairs too!

Not worth the price paid

Wanted to love this hotel, but the rooms have stairs which was difficult for my older group. You also have to enter through a small door behind a large door, take a coin-operated elevator to the 3rd floor to locate the hotel lobby which we found cumbersome, especially with luggage. Experience was not worth the price paid.
