"Please see my e-mail sent to Epic Realty on 10/22/2023 discussing how uncomfortable I was, that staff complained because the door closed from a wind burst and my friends and neighbors assisted helping with my 6 digit codes that they changed continuously.
Asking assistance from staff has never been this tremulous. They were upset I called to get a new code after all.my possession was in the room.

"The #1 Vacation Rental on Maui truly lives up to its name! From the very start, communication with the property managers was excellent, making everything smooth and stress-free. The location couldn’t be better — just steps from one of Maui’s best beaches and close to fantastic restaurants (whether walking or a quick drive) as well as Napili Plaza for convenience.The home itself had absolutely everything we needed for a large family vacation. The pool with a slide kept the kids entertained for hours, and the pickleball court was a huge hit with everyone. The rooftop seating area with a firepit became our favorite spot to gather for sunsets and quality family time.Inside, the house was spacious enough to give everyone room for both togetherness and quiet time. We especially appreciated the huge laundry area and multiple fridges — perfect for a family that likes to cook and stay organized.We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation home and would come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!"
"We loved our stay at Napili Surf Beach Resort. The view from our room was unbeatable, having breakfast at the lanai was awesome. The sunsets on the beach were breathtakingly beautiful. The staff there is very friendly and nice, the atmosphere is very relaxed and good. We really liked that there was everything supplied in the kitchen, and even filtered water so we didn't have to go buy jugs of water all the time. You can't beat the location, so close to a wonderful beach where you can swim and snorkel with the turtles, which we enjoyed very much. I also enjoyed the beachside yoga that is provided there couple times a week, such a nice start for the day. We will return!!!"
