"Lovely hotel right in downtown Napa. We walked all over the place and barely used our rental car. Everyone was very kind and helpful. The towels were lovely and we had a different configuration every day. It was our guessing game! Do we get wash clothes today? No! But we managed just fine. We will definitely stay here again when we are in Napa!"

"Arrived to find out my room was flooded in a pipe leak the night prior. The staff were very friendly about this and waived the destination (this charge was not listed on Hotels.com) and parking fees. The room we received was an accessible one with two double beds instead of a King. This was a reasonable accomodation. The rooms could use updating, but the other aspects of the resort were top notch. The firepits and morning coffee were particularly appreciated."
