"My reservation had been canceled so I had to rebook on the spot, loosing my discount. The door to my room would not lock from the outside when I would leave. The TV remote did not work so I had to change the channel by going to the satellite box and manually changing it. I was told that there was no working remote for that room. Breakfast was a joke. No glasses for milk, very little provided. We, along with other guest, ended up going to a fast food restaurant for breakfast. Overall, a very bad experience."

"Property is as good as it looks online. Kitchen is stocked with every appliance you could use. We were there for our daughter’s wedding and several evenings other family members would join us on the deck for a drink and they were all impressed. We rented a pontoon one afternoon and the dock works great for loading people on. Michael was easy to work with. "

The crisp morning mountain air, the calm and serene lake below, and the quiet and relaxing vibe made this stay one of our absolute favorite places we have EVER stayed at.
