"24 Guesthouses is located right in front of Exit 6 of Hoehyeon Station, (회현 ) making it very convenient. It's also very close to Myeongdong,( 명동 ) just about 10-minute walk away. The room is small but very clean, and it seems to be deep cleaned once every two weeks. The shower was also very good and comfortable. The staff were very kind and answered my questions. The accommodation fee is also reasonable, so I recommend it for especially solo travelers."

"The location was perfect, right near two major subway lines and surrounded by great shopping. It’s ideal for anyone wanting to stay central on a budget. "This was great value for the money! It’s situated north of the crazy touristy part of Myeong-dong and only a 4 min walk to the subway. It was very quiet and convenient. The staff were delightful. "The location was perfect right in central Myeongdong, so I could quickly get back after exploring or eating out. It took just five minutes to walk to the subway station, which made traveling around Seoul super easy. The place was very clean, and the common areas were well kept, so I felt relaxed staying there. They offered free breakfast, and there was a shared kitchen, which came in really handy. I really enjoyed my stay, great spot, convenient setup, and everything I needed was there."

Vibrating noises in the midle of the night coming from the pipes that needs some attention The room was nice and bed confortable. A few worn details to improve.
