24 Guesthouses is located right in front of Exit 6 of Hoehyeon Station, (회현 ) making it very convenient. It's also very close to Myeongdong,( 명동 ) just about 10-minute walk away. The room is small but very clean, and it seems to be deep cleaned once every two weeks. The shower was also very good and comfortable. The staff were very kind and answered my questions. The accommodation fee is also reasonable, so I recommend it for especially solo travelers.

Very clean, rather to the budget side but it felt safe, was clean and very helpful front desk. Just go out the building and you find about everything you could imagine in a sort of fly market.

Tiny room and en-suite. Basic but the most affordable option for when we stayed. Good location, not too far from main shopping streets and sites. Metro right outside the door. Small communal area with microwave and hot water/ coffee. Bedclothes were not comfortable, scratchy and bumpy. I woke up looking like I was sleeping on bubble wrap! No large towels.

The location is unbeatable, with numerous restaurants and convenience stores just a 5-minute walk away. The subway station entrance is only a minute from the hotel. The staff were professional and welcoming, and both the room and complimentary breakfast met my expectations. Overall, I had a fantastic stay.

Wonderful place to stay. No bells or whistles but it’s quite comfortable and felt safe. Host were very kind. If you don’t plan on staying in the hotel while you are there, I suggest save money and stay here.

We stayed for 7 days and the facility is well-maintained and very clean. It is a very reasonably priced budget hotel in Seoul, very near to all areas or attractions and staff was very helpful and speaks English. My only suggestion is to put a mirror in the room. Overall, it was a really good stay and highly recommended.

Very clean , everything is excellent except bathroom specifically the toliet seat comes off easily they fixed it already but still not working , its hard to use the bathroom without toilet seat . Otherwise i rate my stay here 9.8/10.

It's very cozy and cheap. Small rooms, but excellent for short stays. Central in Myeongdong, English speaking friendly staff. Simple but effective breakfast with coffee and tea. Not allowed to bring in smelly food though, which is understandable. Possibility to have your laundry done.

Things that I like about this hotel that I booked at is the staffs are nice, friendly and very informative. The room that I stayed in, was just enough space for a solo traveler like me to be comfortable. It has space that you can put your luggage underneath the bed. The refrigerator that I had inside the room was really small. You can only put drinks in there at the most. The bed I slept on was comfortable for me. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

I liked the location of the property. Breakfast was poor no water provided for guest bread came with just Jam coffee tea . I felt my room especially the bedding wasn’t clean as the sheets smelled and I found hair on the bedding

This is extremely convenient, the bus from the airport leaves you basically right in front, you can also take the bus to the airport right in front of the building, plus the reachable public transportation is very good. The area is very well connected. I enjoyed my stay there, is was very practical but I mainly use hotels to sleep. There is free breakfast, that is a huge plus. Overall, very good

Stayed here for transit to Vietnam. The hotel staff were kind. Conveniently located near Seoul Station and Myeongdong. Google map showed us a different hotel “24 guesthouse Myeyong Dong Avenue”. Need to check location before check in.

Staff was very kind and room was clean

It was good for location. I easy to find out the guest house.also not bad price. And breakfast was good. I don't have to washed dishes. I usually other guest houses need to wash the dishes by myself after eat breakfast. Bed was Soso too hard but very clean and good for one day night. Staff was was very kind and helpful. Easy to access with subway and walking distance from NamSan tower.

A hidden gem in the city

Stayed there for 3 nights . The guesthouse is a hidden gem . Location is unbeatable , the Hoehyeon metro is just downstairs , Mydeodong and Nam Tai Mun are just stone throw . This budget hostel does the job that you really cannot ask for more . Very clean room with private bathroom which is also clean and spacious . Not to mention breakfast is also included simple but enough for you to start the day . During my stay all staff I met were polite and helpful and I could see they were meticulous maintaining the establishment clean . I can’t wait to come back to 24 guesthouse . In fact , in a few days, I would go back there for another stay before I leave Seoul .

This property was safe, the owners were friendly and easy to talk to. The location is super convinient, almost next to a subway station and within a 10 minute walk from Seoul Station. It is a guesthouse, which is closer to being in a student dirmatory, but it is priced accordingly and I knew that ahead of time based on my previous experiences, so I was not expecting a bespoke service. I appreciate that other guests respected the house rules and did not make a lot of noise. My room had enough airflow to keep me comfortable. I will not hesitate to book another stay at this property. Thank you!

I really liked my time here. The couple that run the guesthouse are very friendly and their English was good. I felt cared for :) The room was small but functional. While the bed was hard, after a long day of exploring the city it didn’t really matter. Breakfast consisted of toast, cereal, juice and coffee. I think this was perfect. It was also nice to interact with other people staying at the guesthouse. The rooms are not very soundproofed but if you wear earplugs this doesn’t really matter. I also felt very safe and was not worried about myself or my stuff at all. The guesthouse is literally right beside one of the subway stations so getting around was super easy. There were lots of shopping options nearby, and some eating, with further eating options a simple train ride away. I would be likely to stay here again on my next visit to Seoul :)

A good value for the money at $30 but there are a few rough edges. I arrived at midnight after buying room 9 PM and didnt see message on email from staff about room number. Had to wake up Simon the manager via phone. He was accommodating and helpful and straightened it out, providing room number and instructions on how to enter the secured area. At room i couldnt figure out how to turn on the lights; didnt figure out that key rectangle portion had to be placed in slot to turn on lights! Took 15 minutes and was nearly ready to give up. Finally had lights/tv/air conditioning. CNN/BBC channels near 200 didnt stay on more than 30 seconds, maybe hotel does not subscribe? wifi apparently works only near reception desk. Frustrating. Look at left side of the building to find the front door, not closed right side which also has sign. Breakfast I missed but sign says to be discontinued July 2025 anyway. Overall a fair value. Tiny room, Good shower, hard mattress, but excellent location and clean room, and quiet. Overall I give a rating of 7 area.

This accomodation was quite comfortable and accessible. Stayed in a bunk bed room with a washroom. Room was good, but one downside was that once we left the room (electricity turns off) and came back, the room kind of smelled because the ventilation in the washroom turned off. It might have been because our room didn't have a window, so I don't think the other rooms will have this problem. Staff were really nice, and there was free breakfast!

While Simon was a good host, the list of rules misses one important ingredient - that others behave in a respectful manner. There were a group of peoplle making a lot of noise until 1am while others were trying to sleep.
