Excellent location. Erik was very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean, comfortable bed, and it's in a quiet location. Yet, very close to the Seoul Metro main station.

Noise sounds in the morning around 7 to 11am, and the water pressure for the shower is not good enough, otherwise it is a very good guesthouse in the cheapest price for stays.

1 Night Near Seoul Station

We stayed for 1 night. The guesthouse was a bit tricky to find, but a nice man saw we looked lost and showed us the way. The room was clean and comfortable enough for the 1 night. It was quite hot and humid, and there was not a way to turn on the A/C as it was early March, so they would not give us the A/C remote. We ended up opening the windows and that seemed to work fine. The location was convenient as it's just across from Seoul Station.

Location was very convenient to get to from Seoul Station. Room was nice and cozy and floors were heated. Only downsides were that floor was not level throughout hotel so we had to carry luggage up a few steps. Sound insulation was sufficient but still could hear neighbors door lock sounds. Otherwise great place!

You get what you pay for. Don’t expect a luxury experience. The rooms are clean, very close to Seoul station. The only problem is, you have to walk up a flight of stairs to get to your rooms. So if you have a large suit case, might be tough. Seen people struggle up the stairs with their luggage.

Die Unterkunft liegt zentral an der Seoul Station. In der Nähe sind CVs und auch ein Supermarkt. Perfekt ist auch ein Wasserspender. Ein gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis.

房間有種學生宿舍的既視感⋯ 房裡有打掃用的掃帚及殺蟲劑，感覺放了一陣子了因為有明顯的灰塵。衛浴空間很小，大約就一坪，在馬桶旁邊洗澡倒也不是個問題，但在那麼狹小的空間裡面還放了馬桶刷這讓我覺得很難受。房間內的洗衣機和電熱水器上都有灰塵，插座孔的灰塵更是厚厚一層，整個環境整潔需要加強，床我就不敢看得太仔細了，不過睡得還算舒適安穩。房間密碼簡單的跟wifi名稱一樣，覺得不是那麼安全。

離車站真的很近 在一個滿安靜的巷弄裡 自助check in但當時找不太到怎麼check in 加了line詢問房東大概15分鐘左右回覆 趕時間或很累的可以提前問一下房東如何入住～
