"IMO one of the best hotels in the Tokyo as its not busy around you but you have so many options for food with full streets packed with restaurant just next to you, you have a train/bus station a 5 minute walk and a supermarket / mall 3 mins walk!"
"Had a wonderful stay at this apartment-style hotel. The room was a bit compact but comfortable enough for two adults and a teenager. Great location near the metro, with plenty of eateries and convenience stores around. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Tokyo."
"It was an amazing stay and so comforting to come home to every night. We loved the efficiency of clean towels everyday and the staff was very helpful.
The one issue we came across amnest the end of our stay was a heavy amount of cigarette scent in the hallway each night on the 8th floor. We weren't sure if it was coming from someone's room or through a vent but it was concerning.
We would love to stay again in the future. "

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Some staff can communicate in English , even if they don't understand English they were tried to google translate and accomodate your needs. I give a thumbs up. The hotel is not new renovation but the bed is clean. The room is actually not that small but if they can either reconfigure the room layout or at least put the chair and the humidifier on a wheel so I can move them around the room is better. No one watch the TV why put it on the tidy desk. Fix it to the wall if needed or get rid of it. For the price they charge I am happy with the stay. One thing also if they can have a separate lounge for people to wait for check in, hang out or smoking is better. So other guests coming back to the hotel do not feel like watched by other guests. Lastly, it is very reasonable price to take taxi to the airport. I highly recommend. "
