"Clean rooms with good amenities. Convenient location and very walkable and close to transit. We stayed here because it was easy transit to Disneyland, about 30 minutes, but at a reasonable price. "

"The location is good, but the place is filthy, the bathrooms, the floors, the bedroom furniture is really dusty and dirty, the mirror is so dirty you can’t even see your self, the windows, the bathroom floor is really unsafe, so slippery, the the shower is inside the laundry room and there is only one, do not stay in this place."

"The hotel was very clean and the room lay out made for a comfortable stay, The metro station was close by and the staff were very polite and helpful. "
"It was our 2nd time around and did not disappoint. Brought our family this time to visit. Will stay again when we go back to Tokyo. We love the area and the convenience it brings. "
"We had a wonderful stay at the Kaie hotel. We stayed 7 nights. Location wise, it was quite far from places like Ikebukuro, Shinjuku, and Shibuya, but if you don’t mind setting extra time aside, a train station is located just opposite the hotel (a minute walk). It was, however, very close to the Haneda airport and Disney. Located inside of the hotel was a small Family Mart, and if you couldn’t find something in there, there was another convenience store called Mini Stop about 2 minutes walk away or the grocery store Maruetsu just beside the train station. The staff were very kind and there was someone there who was able to speak English which is a plus. The room we stayed in had 3 beds, and was very clean and spacious for 3 people. They also had a nice selection of free amenities you could grab from downstairs near front desk. Other than the fact that the location was further away from some of our destinations, this was an amazing hotel. And I would definitely stay again!"
"This hotel we perfect for us, the rooms are on the smaller side or what you would expect in the UK however my partner and I made it work, the hotel is a short walk from a station with a Lawsons right opposite. The staff were friendly and everywhere was kept clean and tidy. Would definitely stay with MyStays again. "
