Rooms were very organized for the space. Clean and very well kept rooms/hotel. Robes and slippers provided. Great staff, very helpful to Americans. Lots of amenities, they had a small area if you forgot anything, you could pick it up free, like toothbrushes, combs etc. Close to lots of great food and shopping.

The facility was clean and breakfast was good. But the hotel staff were extremely rude and not helpful at all, they could not give me directions and would not help to get a taxi either. Will never be staying there again.

Air conditioning was good. Washing machines were effective but the dryer is very low power so Id recommend 1 pair of pants per drying session. Location was great there is a free zoo within walking distance. Also multiple cafes and nightlife. they also offer luggage shipping slips are usually in the rooms but theyll help you fill them out they are very friendly.

Pros: The hotel was conveniently located, just a short walk away from trains, buses, and the zoo. The staff was friendly and effective in communicating despite the language barriers. However, the rooms were quite small, providing only the essentials: a clean place to rest and a shower. The check-out time was unusually early, at 10:00 am.
