Yaya was absolutely Perfect and extremely accommodating. I stayed at yaya with my husband and two kids from 12/2-12/5. We traveled to Tanzania for a few days and then completed our vacation back in Kenya at yaya on 12/10. Having a comfortable place to stay with your children is important and yaya fulfilled it all. If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay in Kenya yaya is the place to be.

We would like to clarify that a message regarding the refurbishment works was sent to you immediately upon your booking through Expedia. This message is sent to all guests once a booking has been confirmed online.We are pleased to update you on the progress of the makeover works. All our rooms have been elevated to luxury status, featuring state-of-the-art in-room and kitchen equipment, as well as modern appliances. Additionally, we are currently revamping our reception area and basement to create a fresh and inviting atmosphere.We completely understand the importance of your comfort, and as such, we have meticulously scheduled the renovation works between 10 am and 4 pm from Monday to Saturday. We have taken every measure to minimize noise disturbances, especially since the works are located on the ground and basement floors.Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding during this period of improvement. Good Apartment
Its a very neat and spacious apartment. Staff is very helpful. There is a mall right next to the apartment which makes it very convinient.

Location is very convenient as it is attached to a shopping mall that has everything. Staff was fantastic, especially Jacinda. Room was gigantic! Only complaint is that it was very noisy at night.

Rudeness of security ruins anything positive
Security was extremely rude and unprofessional which overshadowed any positive aspects of the property. If you want to be treated with respect, I’d recommend staying elsewhere.

Location is great. The building needs remodeling. Bathrooms particularly. It looks that they are over 30 years old. people are very nice. Breakfast is delivered from mall restaurants. Don't count to be delivered before 7.15 am. No AC. Not needed though! Over all a pleasing experience! Again, very nice people!

Excellent location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Giant apartment space serviced daily. Would have been nice to have a washing machine to do my own laundry but otherwise it was just like home. Very highly recommended.

Spacious rooms and very polite hosts
Very spacious rooms (bed room, big leaving room and kitchen) at a very reasonable price. I used to pay the same price for a small room at a near by hotel. This is an apartment, so no onsite restaurant or bar facilities. But it is located adjacent to the Yaya mall with some restaurant and shopping options.They bring breakfast from nearby restaurant to your room in the morning. It has also a niceswimming pool.

Every member of staff I came across, be it in the elevator or the lobby or the parking area, was incredibly kind and courteous. Really made the difference for me! I also found the apartment to be spacious and comfortable. Very well-maintained! ❤️

Welcoming and convenient
The Yaya towers is part of the yaya shopping complex so it's easy to pop across for shopping (if you want to cook) or to eat. The internet worked well and as a business traveler I found it suited my needs perfectly. The olympic sized pool in the middle of the city was wonderful and really relaxing and lovely out there. I've stayed at hotels all over Nairobi and the level of service from the staff definitely stands out. It's not a glittering new hotel by any means but still quite nice and an excellent value.

Best Apartments in Nairobi
This was my second stay at Yaya Towers Apartments within a month. Wonderful apartments with awesome staff. Congratulations to the management for having such professional staff and spacious and conviniently located accommodation. Shout out to Cosmos, Serg, and Janet for your hospitality, care and attention to detail. Was hoping to convince my family to be back for an Xmas in the sun but they have opted for Geneva . I will definitely be back to stay with you very soon.

I stayed at the Yaya Towers Apartments while on a brief stopover to South Africa. The apartment was spacious , clean and much larger than regular accommodations. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. Security is also very reassuring at Yaya Apartments. The location is also super convinient for trips to the city centre amd its right within the Yaya shopping complex. I enjoyed my stay so much that I booked again on my trip back to stay 3 more days while transacting business in Nairobi. I would highly recommend Yaya Tower Apartments.
