"We were the only guests at this lodge . Being winter not all leisure activities were available and the dining menu was limited.

We loved being able to walk easily down to the water and among kangaroos. There were lots of birds in the trees too. We also did a nice easy rainforest walk which took about an hour but we were rewarded with seeing a sea eagle when we got to the water. It was just a nice relaxing stay. We had a very good meal at the hotel restaurant with an excellent bottle of local wine. We stopped on the road into Gypsy Point to listen to the Bell Birds - they were amazing! Our room was clean, spacious and had...

Classic seaside motel accommodation circa 1970's. It's great. Don't change it. We arrived at peak dinner time. The staff were friendly and efficient at check in, despite being obviously crazy busy. We ordered a seafood platter dinner in the restaurant which was great pub food and came much quicker than we expected. All in all, we loved it.

We loved staying in this tiny house by the beach.
It had 2 lofts... one for our daughter, another for us.
The beach is superb.
The Seahorse Inn has great food.

I travel as the District Governor for Lions International visiting clubs in an area known as 201 v3 a position which I fill for twelve months during this time I travel from Portsea in the south on the Mornington peninsula to Endeavour Hills in the east of Melbourne to Mallacoota in the East of Gippsland I can say with certainty that this was the best caravan park I have stayed in on my travels around Victoria

We love road tripping , so we're used to stopping in at lots of different places. This was by far the most welcoming place to stay with perfectly clean rooms with everything you need for an overnight stop. The views were spectacular and the position was ideal for access to great food, lookouts and shops. We'll be coming back every year.
