"Due to previous stays we happily return to stay at the Milgate Motel as the rooms are large with comfortable bedding & good air conditioning. There is crockery and microwave within the room with good Wifi included. "

"Great property in a great private location though no onsite key option, had to drive in to town both to pickup and drop off.Good facilities and generally well maintained but some niggles. Bedroom fans very welcome though hard to work and some just didn’t. Couldn’t connect to music system and no instructions."

"We are 6 friends that travel every year with our Jet skis to explor the coast and rivers, with plenty of relax time. This is our first visit to Yamba and it is now on our permanent itinerary for a longer stay!O'Grady's Rest was the perfect location, anazing well presented clean home on the water with plenty of room for all. The host communication was excellent and supporting. Great venues in town just a curtiousy bus away.Our whole group highly recomend this home and location to stay and we will be back for sure!Garry, and the Team"

"It is exactly what you would expect a country hotel. Extremely clean and very well appointed. Only negative is it’s probably a little over furnished. In the unit we were staying in there was a table and chairs that was not really needed and encroached on the walk ability around the bed. I will just get rid of them. There is already two chairs under a bench with perfectly suit for eating breakfast which is about all you’re going to want you’re not going to go for a full dining experience since there’s not a great deal of cooking facilities in the room. The hotel is a very easy walk to everything in the main street and even though it is on the main thoroughfare through casino it was quiet. If you’re into that sort of thing there is all of the takeaway’s straight across the road McDonald’s KFC etc. Otherwise there are two pubs in town. We ate lunch at one and dinner at the other and both were to a very high standard. "
