"The room was great and the staff was wonderful. My only suggestion concerns breakfast. Many tours begin at 7:30. It's important that breakfast is ready right at 7 to allow time to get to the tour pick-up stops, particularly in Santa Ana Park, which is a 15-minute walk. Thanks."

"Excelente hotel, ideal para recorrer paseo montejo caminando, con cafes y restaurantes cercanos, asi como punto de encuentro para tours como el Fiesta Americana a una distancia comoda.
El hotel es excelente para dormir y desayunar, con el bar 24hrs para bebidas o snacks.
Importante mencionar que no es un hotel con alberca, gimnasio ni terrazas, pero en tema de limpieza, atencion, estacionamiento y ubicacion cumple de forma excelente; dando un gran valor por el precio ofertado.
Volveria a visitarlo para eventos como el Maraton de Merida, o si solo lo uso para descansar por tarde-noches y recorrer merida y alrededores. "
