"The room was clean, though on the smaller side. The reception staff was very friendly and welcoming upon arrival, which made for a pleasant first impression. However, the experience at check-out felt rushed — while my luggage was being taken to the car, the receptionist followed closely even though I hadn’t quite finished, which was a bit uncomfortable. At breakfast, the supervisor came across as somewhat rude and created an unnecessarily stressful atmosphere. Overall, the hotel benefits from a good location, but this does not fully make up for the small room size and the crowded, somewhat hectic breakfast area."

We asked for and received a better room. The staff was professional. The breakfast was very good. It is a convenient location, just does not match all the on line pictures."
