"Our stay at Grand Hyatt Barcelona was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful , considerate and extremely professional. The room was spotless, modern,comfortable, and beautifully maintained. We were especially impressed by the attention to detail and the calm, welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. Everything felt well-organized and thoughtfully designed for guests. Roof Bar and restaurant is very impressive- shame we didn’t have enough time! Overall, Star Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and an enjoyable stay. We will definitely be coming back! "

"The staff was kind and very courteous, they went out of their way to make our stay special. It was my husband’s birthday and they upgraded our room and sent drinks! The location is very central, 2 mins from metro station but you can walk to major attractions (they are only 5-15 mins away). You can easily travel from Airport to the hotel on Metro. "

The manager also approved a 1 hour extension to give us time to pack our things after a morning tour. The breakfast buffet has plenty of options. Dinner at the Restaurant Sintonia was excellent. "Wonderful facility, staff, pool, location, views. I found the penthouse / Atico terrace suite a little small for 2 people and was underwhelmed by the breakfast but otherwise I couldn’t have been happier with the stay, value, and vibe at the property. I usually stay at casa fuster or a high end apartment in Bcn which I visit once or twice a year at least, this property will be on my shortlist from now on. I had them book a massage for me the day of my arrival since it would be a few hours before typical check in but they thoughtfully moved me into an available room at 1030 or 11am the day of my arrival which I quite appreciated after flying in overnight.
