All of the staff were super helpful answering questions before the trip and during our stay. Terrific location and the two bedroom apartment with terrace was a great place to relax!

Best location ever - right in the middle of the happening “Eixample” area of Barcelona. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our recent family vacation with 4 adults. Cannot think of anything negative to say. Would highly recommend staying here.

The bedding sheet and pillow is not clean, has several old stains. The location is good and it’s quiet. Front desk is easily to get on hold. But they do store your luggage in the lobby, does not feel safe

Great location
Great location in the centre of Barcelona. Room was a reasonable size, comfortable and functional. Reception is only open between 10am and 6pm. I was there for work so was never at the hotel between those hours. Not really a problem as they communicated well through WhatsApp. I stay here again.

The BeMate location in Barcelona was safe and walkable to many top locations. The apartment was spacious for four of us and bright and clean. We would definitely choose to stay there again the next time we are in Barcelona.
