"The rooms were clean. Isabel was very helpful and enthusiastic at the reception desk. The hotel is in an ideal location in the ribeira, a colorful area with lots of good restaurants and next to the beautiful church of Sao Francisco. It's walking distance from the main attractions. I wish they had hooks in the bathroom to hang the towels."

"Wonderful hotel, great location, clean and modern, couldn't fault it really! We didn't have time to try the pool so can't comment, and didn't pay for breakfast so can't comment on that either - but the hotel staff were helpful and friendly, it was nice to have cookies and water waiting for our arrival, the bed was comfortable and the room stayed dark in the mornings. Design was very good and modern, and there was a fridge in the room which was great. Loved our stay!"

"We stayed one night and found the room to be quiet with a really good A/C unit. Also appreciated the large fully enclosed shower. There is a bar & restaurant and a pool on the roof. They also have a sauna on property. The only thing missing was a chair to sit and do your makeup."
