From arrival to departure, everything was exemplary! Staff went above and beyond to insure my stay was complete! Everything about this hotel is positive! Fabulous hotel. Every staff member I interacted with was pleasant, helpful, and quite kind. The property was beautiful. Heated pool and sauna were very nice. And the little gym had all the necessary equipment to get in a good workout. Very pleased with my time at the hotel. Would stay there again for sure!

And I have been staying in 5 star hotels quite often in life… and there is always an element missing… GA Palace has it all!!!! Amazing service that goes over and beyond (thank you Pablo, Ines, Rue, and the whole team), delicious breakfast, great location, exceptional level of cleanliness, beautiful design, extremely comfortable bedding, mattress and towels … it just has it ALL.
