The rooms might be a bit small but they are very clean and the location can’t be beat. The staff are very attentive and helpful with dinner suggestions and arranging travel. The breakfast included many fresh fruits and other alternatives. Very impressed with our visit!

This boutique hotel is incredible & the staff were exceptional. The hotel is right on the dock & has access to great restaurants- our staff even escorted us to the best local restaurants. Breakfast is perfect, & the fresh fruit display amazing. This hotel is worth every penny.

The staff were fantastic, very friendly, knowledgeable with suggestions for restaurants, directions, and activities. All the staff seemed to really enjoy their working environment. The breakfast was beyond expectations, our bed was comfortable, location was close to so many restaurants, bars, and a ten minute walk to the metro station. We highly enjoyed our stay.

The best part of staying here – by far – was the amazing staff! One staff member in particular was there the entire time we were, and gave us wonderful recommendations, He was so kind and so helpful … basically putting together an itinerary for our day with some fantastic suggestions. He also orchestrated our breakfast – which was delicious! Aside from that, the location is very central. It's a busy area with a great view of the river and lots of activity! I highly recommend staying here.

So many thanks to Luis and Luisa who were exceptional and made our stay so very welcoming. Yes, the rooms are very small (be ready "not" to unpack your suitcase), however the location and amazing Continental breakfasts with the stunning servings of perfectly ripe fresh fruit more than made up for the lack of room space. Everything is nice quality ...But Luisa and Luis (and Hugo) were exceptional. Thanks so much. We will return XXX

The room was clean. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I cannot say enough about Ada, Luis and Luisa! The breakfast was unbelievable! It was by far the best breakfast during our entire visit throughout Portugal. And the location was perfect - walkable, view from our room and proximity to many restaurants.
