"We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Sea Pearl Luxury Rooms — the room was well designed, modern, spotless, great A/C, free street parking in front, and close to the Migliarina train station to go to cinque terre which was much quieter and easier to park than céntrale. We appreciated the daily housekeeping, stocked mini bar fridge with reasonable prices and coffee/tea. Also try Andree restaurant when you’re in La Spezia, can’t recommend it enough! "
"This was an incredibly clean and modern room. The shower was amazing. Good space for clothing and a mini fridge, along with nespresso coffee machine. Liliane was quick to respond to questions and was there for check in. Definitely would book again. Close to the train station "
"Excellent location. Host was superb with providing information on local restaurants, tours and always at an email away. Apt is walking distance to downtown and most importantly near the train station. Awesome stay."
"The host was nice! Even though we arrived earlier, she helped us put our bags in our room as soon as it was cleaned. The room was big and nice, and super quiet."
"Very lovely small hotel with perfect location in La Spezia. All restaurants are very close, the train station is just next door, and even the harbor is at walkable distance.
Even if the hotel is centrally located, I wasn’t disturbed by the notices from outside. I normally wake up very easily.
The bed was comfortable and the room was nice an cozy. Very beautiful interior. Especially I loved the bathroom’s jungle feeling.
No breakfast in the hotel, but the coffee was good. Many breakfast places...

"Very very very small showers. The property employees were excellent accommodating us by moving us to a bigger room (of course we had to pay the difference, no problem) but the shower was the same size. Will definitely stay there again. "
"The property seems relatively new , great breakfast buffet . Spacious rooms . Front desk staff knowledgeable and helpful. Perfectly located to grab the train to Cinque Terre. "
"Property was easy to get to. So close to the main train station. Right on one of the main streets of La Spezia. There is a small lift if you don’t want to go up the 3 flights of stairs. But they are nice easy stairs. The place was pretty big, had a fridge which was great and air con. Came back to a made bed every afternoon and clean room. Really enjoyed my stay. Would recommend it.
