I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect—magnificent and stunning views ! The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, which made for a relaxing stay. The owners and staff were friendly and helpful throughout. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Great location with a view above the La Spezia harbor. Possibility to park. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Possibility to have intercontinental breakfast and room service. Highly recommended.

The stay was a gift for my friends for their honeymoon, so I wasn’t there myself and don’t know all the details - but from what I heard, the hosts were absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to make the experience special, preparing lovely surprises and decorating the room with a romantic touch. My friends felt truly welcomed and had a wonderful time - thank you for making their trip so memorable!

The best part is a view, absolutely beautiful. The room is dated and minimal. Some appliances did not work properly. Overall, it was a quiet stay with an awesome view and breakfast on the terrace.

This place with surroundings is the most beautiful I ever was in a hotel. The outside area with breakfast between the trees and looking down on La Spezia is something special. The breakfast offered a small continental selection, fruits, eggs and the typical Italian sweets. The room and bath size was good, not too small. When I was there, on one day the air conditioning was not working, but was fixed on the next day. The staff, Arianna and the owners were extremely helpful and friendly with this issue, and brought a fan as alternative. Also, I got the minibar for free as a compensation. Thank you for the nice stay!

Great stay with great staff. We had a lovely stay in 88 Miglia and the staff took excellent care of us from start to finish. The room was consistently clean and cool and a great spot to stay in to explore the nearby Cinque Terre by train. Highly recommend!

This was a great property. Well maintained and the staff was fantastic. However it is near the top of a mountain and cabs are hard to get from and in La Spezia. If you are going to visit Cinque Terre I would recommend you stay in town or in one of the Cinque Terre towns

Great Reception Service

We arrived in La Spezia by ferry from Cinque Terre and missed the taxi area at the dock so began walking toward the hotel looking for taxis. Note the last 1km is uphill and not good on a hot day. We were running late and the checkin staff personally drove down the hill to pick us up. They were wonderful and very thorough checkin. The hotel is not really walking distance to town but views are beautiful and the mini fridge is stocked with beverage options to sit and enjoy the sunset. Food delivery and taxi calls are easy.

O hotel é uma casa que fica bem no alto do morro, até acho que na parte mais alta da cidade de Lá Spezia. tudo novíssimo: quarto amplo, super limpo, moderno, e o banheiro também. Em perfeitas condições e super agradável. Um único ponto a destacar em muito importante: fica localizado no Alto do morro e nem ônibus chega até lá. Para quem não está de carro, como nós que não sabíamos a distância, se tornou bastante difícil. não fosse a boa vontade e simpatia proprietária que nos levou dois dias seguidos para o centro da cidade no seu próprio veículo, não sei como teríamos chegado lá. Na primeira noite, a filha da proprietária pediu comida tele entrega para nós, visto que não tinha nenhum meio de transporte disponível que pudesse nos levar para a parte baixa da cidade e para o centro. Claro, há taxis, mas o custo é bastante alto.Na última noite no hotel não tinha ônibus para voltarmos, tivemos que andar tudo a pé e uma moradora, vizinha do hotel, nos rio subindo na chuva e resolveu nos dar carona. Uma subida super íngreme cheia de curvas. Único destaque: sem carro é muito complicado de se hospedar lá. Agora, para quem está de carro, é uma excelente opção e eu recomendaria, inclusive se algum dia voltar à cidade estiver de carro, pensar em me hospedaria lá novamente.

Jättefint rum med fantastisk utsikt!!! Vägen upp till hotellet en skräckupplevelse med en bred Tesla. Hotelloersonalen var underbart serviceminded, bl a körde de oss vidare upp på berget till en häftig restaurant!

Utsikt över La Spezia

Rent och snyggt och med härlig utsikt över Staden bodde vi i en ganska ny del med Balkong. Bra frukost med vänliga och hjälpsamma ägare. Obs!, Är du här utan bil är det mycket trappor och ca 30 minuter ner till tåg stationen. Liten buss går en liten bit från boendet men inte så ofta. Efter frukost fick vi snålskjuts av värdinnan eller ett annat par ner till stan. Men som sagt Mycket backe/trappor för att nå boendet.

Vue exceptionnelle.

Hôtel en hauteur de la Spezia. Vue remarquable sur la ville. Chambre vaste et sobre. Très bonne literie. Salle de bains moderne. Propreté irréprochable. And the laser but note the least, Carlotta est serviable et agréable.
