"Great property and convenient, great staff."

"Check in was smooth and the staff were very friendly. There is no room service but plenty of space for 3 people to hang towels. The bar fridge was very small which made it a little difficult to keep drinks refrigerated on hot days. The hotel is close to La Spezia Centrale which made it super easy to get to the Cinque Terre. Also lots of food options and super markets nearby. "

"The hotel was situated a three minute walk to the train station which we used quite a bit during our two day stay. The rooms were average size and clean. The staff seemed a little bit snobby. We had booked two consecutive nights and they could not accommodate us in the same room so we had to switch rooms after the first night. They did, however, move all our luggage to the new room so that was good. Overall, I would give them an eight out of 10 rating."

"Everything was super clean. The staff was very accommodating to our need to leave early morning. Property is a short walk to train station and lots of food and shopping nearby. Also a short walk to the port. "

"Was walkable in each direction either to Main Street or to train station. Easy walk to waterfront. Breakfast was included and was good with lots of options. Great place to stay if you want to access cinque terra by train. Would recommend. "
