we were 4 people and had a room with 2 bedrooms with a bath in between. It was very comfortable and a good location. Parking was a little far but doable.

Staff was helpful & our room was good ( except beds were soft & we like harder ones). Property is in center area with no parking on site but close if you can find a spot or they have a garage about four minute walk. Parking is not convenient if you have a lot of luggage. Our room was clean & had a good view of the towt

Perfekt läge på gågatan

Bra läge på gågatan, 10 minuters promenad från järnvägsstationen. Utanför dörren fullt med caféer och restauranger. Vi var en familj så vi fick 2 rum med gemensamt badrum. Boendet är inget hotell utan är i en omgjord lägenheter så det finns totalt 5 rum som detta pensionat erbjuder. Fräscha modernt inredda rum med egen dusch och toalett. Ljudet från gatan kan upplevas högljutt men slutade vid 23 men vi gillade pulsen av större stad. Svårt med parkering i La Spezia så hör av er till dem i tid så privat parkering kan reserveras ca 10 min från boendet.
