"This hotel was close to the train and only 1 stop away from my daughter’s new apartment. Unfortunately, I don’t speak Japanese and had my daughter with me for check in. I accidentally booked a smoking room. The desk clerk assured us that it won’t be a problem to switch if I don’t like my booked room. "Room was clean and towels were replaced daily. Staff was extremely helpful especially when we had to checkout and use luggage forwarding to the next hotel. They called to confirm and basically took care of everything. Away from the hustle and bustle of bigger cities and close to train stations, so it was nice to come back to at the end of the night. Definitely a must stay whenever we’re in Tokyo."
