"Facilities for the kids were fantastic and the office staff were friendly and professional. In our unit the curtains were ripped and dirty, and the dishes weren't very clean. It could use an upgrade."

"Pleasant hotel on a main thoroughfare. Tram outside but need to drive to all attractions. Spacious apartment although lack of natural light and poor ventilation. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Nice outdoor pool area. Would recommend the apartments for a family. Value for money."
"Amazing place to stay - newly renovated garden villa. Bed was comfortable, great balcony to sit and have a glass of wine with bush land views. Facilities for kids are beyond what you expect in a tourist/caravan park with pool, splash park, tennis court, basketball court, games room, foosball table and more scattered throughout park. Had dinner in restaurant which was awesome with a fully stocked bar. Reasonably priced food and drinks. We loved it here!"

"We had a little difficulty checking in due to computer system issues, but staff provided water and offered the pool for use in the time of delay. Once the tech arrived on site the system issue was fixed quickly and we were checked in immediatly.
During our stay the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was better than we expected. The young man in the bar was fantastic and great with little kids (ours are 4 and 5 years).
The chefs were excellent, we enjoyed our wood fired pizza very much :)
The reception staff both the day and the night front of house staff were friendly, helpful and followed through with requests. I feel like I should add the night gentleman was brilliant with kids and always had a friendly smile or greeting to offer. The day receptionist, whilst clearly new to her role, was a pleasure to deal with.
The room was clean, bathroom welcoming (id love a bathroom like that in my home!). The rooms would benefit from having a microwave for heating childrens bottles and food, but the fridge was a helpful addition depsite this.
The pool was also clean and had a smaller area which was very suitable for our little people, who are not confident swimmers (even at all). I think having sections of a pool that are suitable for little people is a fantastic addition.
Overall excellent hotel and the odd addition of many butterflies was particularly wonderful :)
I will be going back and I highly recommend this resort for families, singles, couples or groups!"
