The property was conveniently located, about 15-20mins walk from Marienplatz. However there were limited dining options in the immediate area except a lot of kebab shops on the road. Lidl over the road but closed on Sundays and public holidays. Hotel is clean and smart, except some damage to skirting board in the room. It’s a shame the hotel did not provide information on the hotel or area, for example there was a sauna and fitness centre but we didn’t know how to access, the cost etc. Also there was a mini bar but no prices, and tea/coffee was not refilled each day. Nice enough hotel but not quite what I expect for 4* in my personal opinion.

Excellent, few steps to metro, tram and train, 15min walk to city center, excellent breakfast, great staff, clean, comfy beds, big room, the area is not as nice to the city center, but is safe and a lot of supermarkets, and conveniently located. Tip: you can use the metro, tram or bus for short trips ticket takes you mostly for all the attractions for half the cost (max 4 stops).

The hotel is conveniently located and staff is extremely helpful. The breakfast is fresh, tasty, offers lots of choices. The gym is small. The guest room should have more charger stations for i phones and there is no charger converter for international travelers.

Friendly welcoming and helpful staff, comfortable quiet room, short walking distance from Munich central train/subway station and walking distance to old town. The fully cooked breakfast buffet was a bonus as well.

Great hotel - convenienr, comfortable
Overall, it was a great hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast has many vegetarian/vegan options and the location is very convenient close to the central station and 10 minutes away on foot from the city centre. The room was comfortable and fit our requirements for a family of three me, my partner and my son who was only 11 month old at the time of our stay. One thing that could be improved is cleanliness. I found some rubbish on the floor after cleaning although it wasn’t too much. I would expect at least the floor to be cleaned well enough not to have any rubbish.

The hotel is good, the staff are excellent. The only let down to this hotel is the area which at night can be a bit seedy and on occasions there were groups of men hanging around which made it feel intimidating although we had no issues ourselves.

They tried to put me on the first floor facing the street close to the elevator which was corrected after I insisted at check-in. Two days into my stay the guest wifi in my room went out and never worked again despite me asking. Call the reception to ask if they have a water filter in the lobby. They didn't know and told me that I could drink tap water or use one from the mini bar. Baffled I went to the store and bought some.

Some staff were rude and argumentative. Rust in shower head. Phone in room was not working. Neighbor doors slam shut throughout the day and night. Main gate rotating door broken. Horrible food at restaurant. Heat can only be set at 24c max. You can hear plumbing noise from next door. This is in no way a 4 star hotel.

Decent property. I would have stayed a few more days, but the price skyrocketed. Friendly staff and nice sauna. I just wish they would tell you, it needs 30 minutes to warm up. I have a tight schedule, and when I fit in a sauna session, I can't wait 30 minutes. Not the best area, but there were some good Mediterranean restaurants near by. Overall I would recommend it

Fully met expectations with a plus.
Overall very pleased with this hotel. Friendly staff, nice room design, well maintained and clean. The room was exactly as presented on the pictures on hotels.com. Loved the rainfall shower. The only negative thing was that I heard the neighbour, who was walking like an elephant and that stomping was annoying.

A fantastic spot in Munich that ahs good access to transport and dining, with very comfortable rooms and good amenities. Although not located in the Old Town area, it's extremely easy to get to all of the key areas of Munich quickly. Will definitely consider staying here next time I visit.
