"The room and the property were very good. The Astor restaurant was terrible. Saturday morning we were advised we could only use the breakfast buffet. We couldn't order off a menu. All of the food looked very good unfortunately everything eggs, coffee, sausage etc on the buffet was completely COLD. When I complained the server did request fresh eggs and coffee from the kitchen. They only deducted 20 per cent from the check. In restrospect I wish I had said I wasn't eating or paying and left to go elsewhere."
